“Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking……

“Hotel com localização privilegiada não só na questão de estar em frente ao mar mas estar perto de todas as principais atrações da cidade. O Hotel tem uma praia particular maravilhosa com cadeiras , guarda-sóis , chuveiros e banheiro . Tem um custo de barco de ida e volta por 20 euros ou de uber no nosso caso que não tínhamos alugado carro. Quartos confortáveis. “Nous avons été ravis tant par l'hôtel que par l'ile d'ortigia. Points positifs : l'emplacement, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, le calme, la plendide salle de bain, la qualité des serviettes de bain. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix est très correct. Point faible: la fiabilité du car valet. 25€/jour service sous traité par l'hôtel qui ne respecte jamais les 20 minutes annoncées pour avoir la voiture ”

“The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,……

“Wonderful boutique hotel in a premiere location - just a few minutes walk from the bridges of Ortigia, the Temple of Apollo, and the large outdoor market. The staff is incredible. Francesca arranged car pick-ups, gave us maps of the island and suggestions on what to visit, and walked with us to the box office so we could use her resident discount to buy tickets for a Greek play at the amphitheater! She, along with all her colleagues, were incredibly warm and hospitable. We were sad to say……
