“The property is very well-kept; very clean, very cozy and spacious. You get all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. The neighborhood is very safe, and you’re within walking distance to the 7-11, the Family Mart and Lawson. The Ushigome Yanagicho Station is a five minute walk down the road- you’re ready to explore Japan! Most importantly, the property owner is very easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares about your stay. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in the Tokyo Shinjuku……

“The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)”

"Everything is good with spacious room and quiet community, yet connected with a shopping mall. Transportation is convenient for common areas. The hotel service could be improved with more frequent shuttle bus schedules. Besides, I stayed for 6 nights and requested for a 1-2 hours delay check out. The reception gave me a direct reply of ¥3300 / hour."
