Cute place, ok location

The check in process was easy and well communicated. The pictures did make the place look bigger than what it was but was still good space. It was close to mondello beach but the neighborhood was a little more run down than expected. It had a gas oven which was nice but other amenities were missing. Loved the balcony when it wasn’t too hot. The shower was very small and barely works for its purpose. The trim and finishes need some help. For example there is newspaper stuffed around the door jamb for insulation without any wood trim covering it up. There are nearby restaurants within a short walk we’re very nice to have. We probably wound not stay again but overall it’s still a nice place and worked well for our family.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig. Küchengeräte/Kühlschrank versifft, benutzer Kaffeepad in der Maschine, Besteck verklebt. Spülmaschine musste noch ausgeräumt werden. Auf Anfrage wurde zugesichert, dass nochmal gereinigt wird, was nicht passiert ist. Die Terrasse ist total runtergekommen und verrostet und mit Vogelkacke voll. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist verstopft, sodass Wasser immer überläuft. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe und Rückenschmerzen sind garantiert. Eigentlich ist das Appartement für 3 Personen und nicht für 4. Ein viertes Bett steht provisorisch im Wohnzimmer. Dann ist es sehr laut von draußen. Musik jeden Tag bis spät in die Nacht. Der Höhepunkt war unser vergessener Schlüssel in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin war zu keiner Hilfe fähig und sagte uns, wir sollen das Schloss aufbrechen, sie sei nicht in der Nähe. Schlussendlich hat uns jemand vom Restaurant gegenüber geholfen, mit der Vermieterin zu sprechen, dass ein Ersatzschlüssel bei kommt. Nachdem wir diesen hatten und wir in der Wohnung waren, fehlte unser eigentlicher Schlüssel. Wir suchten 2 Tage in der Wohnung alles ab, ohne Erfolg. Bei Abreise heute, war dieser im Tortresor. Also misste jemand in der Wohnung gewesen sein, was sehr erschreckend für uns war. Fazit: NIE MEHR WIEDER DIESES APPARTEMENT!!!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Mondello

Die 5 Tage Aufenthalt waren sehr abwechslungsreich, weil wir Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen geplant haben. Palermo haben wir per Linienbus besucht. Bushaltestelle ist 5 min. von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Bus benötigt eine gute Stunde bis zum Centro in Palermo. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Allerdings gibt es neben dem Dopoelbett-Zimmer und dem Einzelbett-Zimmer, eine Schlafliege im Wohnzimmer, die die 4. Person nutzt. Schöne Terasse zum Frühstück oder den geruhsamen Abschluss des Tages vorhanden. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Wohnung als Schlafquartier genutzt und uns dort wohl gefühlt

Charmante Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll mit allem, was man braucht. Blick aufs Meer von allen Räumen, sehr schöne Terrasse. Alles bestens! Gerne wieder.

Excellent location

Apartment is in a great position close to the beach & main square with plenty of choice for restaurants. Although small the apartment is very well equipped & furnished. The terrace in the morning is a lovely place to have breakfast. The only slight downside was that we never got to meet the owner picking up the keys & returning them to a key safe at the property gate.

Appartamento pulito, comodo e molto curato

Io e due amiche abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni a Mondello. L' appartamento si trova in una zona strategica, a due passi dalla piazza, vicino a tutto. Gode di una vista sul mare unica. Molto pulito, curato e gestito da persone gentili e disponibili. Ideale per visitare Palermo perché i bus si fermano davanti casa. Spero di tornare presto.

Fantastica location

La casa risulta essere molto comoda ed elegante. Il terrazzo pulito e con vista sul mare è bellissimo. Non abbiamo praticamente quasi mai utilizzato l'auto noleggiata perché la zona è fornita di tutto, dai bar al supermercato, dalla farmacia ai ristoranti. L'appartamento è ideale per una vacanza a Mondello, lo consiglio.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appena rientrati da una splendida settimana a Mondello. Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio dopo aver cercato a lungo e devo dire che la nostra scelta si è rivelata perfetta. Appartamento pulitissimo, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire, lenzuola ed asciugamani forniti nuovi e profumati, comoda la cucina. Claudia è stata gentilissima, ha saputo consigliarci ottimi ristoranti e darci indicazioni preziose riguardo Palermo. La terrazza sul mare è ben arredata ed ottima per rilassarsi. A due passi dalla piazza di Mondello e dalla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo Luca e Serena

Magnifique maison

Magnifique maison avec une vue sublime sur le mer de Mondello. Claudia est une personne accueillante et très sympathique. Vivement recommandé si vous désirez visiter Palerme tout en logeant au calme de Mondello. Nous avons passé in magnifique séjour! Merci encore Elena et Norbert

Perfetto

Io, mia moglie e le mie bambine abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questo delizioso appartamento. Devo dire che è stato uno degli appartamenti migliori in cui negli anni ho alloggiato, arredato con gusto, curato nei minimi dettagli e pulitissimo. Eravamo un po preoccupati per la sistemazione delle nostre bambine ma abbiamo trovato una comoda culla per la più piccola ed addirittura le sponde per il letto singolo (cosa che difficilmente si trova). La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, bellissima e di qualità la tv, il lettore dvd è stato molto utile per le nostre bambine. Posizione super, a due passi da tutto ma molto silenziosa, non abbiamo nemmeno preso la macchina perchè il bus per Palermo si ferma esattamente sotto casa. Grazie di tutto e spero di tornare il prossimo anno!

A wonderful stay!

We have spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment, part of a nice villa with a beautiful garden in front of the sea. The apartment is in the centre of Mondello and has a beautiful sea view from its terrace, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and bus stop. Our host Claudia was extremely friendly and helpful and communication was very easy. I higly recommend Home Piano Gallo!

Eccezionale!

Appartamento curato, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è perfetta, a 100 metri dalla piazza di Mondello ma in contesto residenziale, in una splendida villa. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, ha una vista meravigliosa da qualunque angolo della casa. A due passi dalla spiaggia, da tanti ristoranti, supermercato e farmacia. Perfetto per visitare Palermo senza auto, la fermata dei bus è esattamente di fronte casa.

Bellissima vacanza

Appartamento pulitissimo, di fronte il mare ed in ottima posizione e contesto. Già prima dell' arrivo i ragazzi sono stati molto disponibili, la casa è fornita di tutto e la posizione davvero strategica, in pieno centro. Wifi perfettamente funzionante, al nostro arrivo oltre a cartina e informazioni utili Claudia ci ha omaggiato di un apprezzatissimo prodotto tipico locale! Grazie.

Che vista!

Appartamento come in foto, anzi meglio, non pensavamo il mare fosse così vicino! Il terrazzo è arredato con gusto ed ha una vista mare favolosa, molto rilassante. L' appartamento è nuovo, ben arredato e pulitissimo; al nostro arrivo la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato tanti bei posti. È a due passi dalla piazza di Mondello e dalla splendida spiaggia. Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda vacanza. Grazie di tutto

Ad un passo dal mare!

Soggiorno perfetto in tutto, appartamento pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli, panorama a dir poco spettacolare, da qualsiasi camera si gode di una vista che fa venir voglia di non andare più via. I ragazzi ci hanno consigliato benissimo itinerari e ristoranti, speriamo in futuro di tornare. Il Wifi funzionava molto bene, mi ha permesso di lavorare serenamente per l' intera durata del soggiorno. Complimenti per tutto

Perfect experience!

Posto meraviglioso, attrezzato dintutto il necessario per trascorrere una serena vacanza. Il terrazzo vista mare è comodo, abbiamo cenato spesso li godendo di una vista unica. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto curato, wifi perfetto ed anche tutti gli elettrodomestici. Comodissima la lavastoviglie! Vicino casa c'è tutto: farmacia, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, è in pieno centro ma nonostante ciò silenzioso. Alla prossima!

Consigliatissimo

Appartamento delizioso, curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito! Gode di un panorama mozzafiato, è proprio sul mare, bellissimo il terrazzo attrezzatissimo ed arredato con gusto, torneremo sicuramente la prossima estate. La posizione ottima si trova a due passi dalla piazza, i ragazzi che ci hanno accolto sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno consigliato benissimo riguardo escursioni e ristoranti! Roberta

Tutto perfetto

Splendido appartamento con posizione perfetta!

Abbiamo soggiornato io, il mio compagno e nostro figlio di 4 anni in questo grazioso appartamento la scorsa settimana. Sono rimasta molto colpita dalla posizione, è a due passi dal mare e da ogni angolo della casa si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Noi non abbiamo nemmeno toccato la macchina perché li vicino c'è davvero tutto: supermercato,farmacia, fruttivendolo, per non parlare della splendida piazza di Mondello che è veramente a due passi. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia della casa e la cortesia dei proprietari. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, addirittura il kit di cortesia in bagno! Direi che è ideale per un soggiorno nella affascinante Mondello.
