"the staff for cleaning room they are terrible , no towels , no cleaning, everyday i have to call to the front desk for complein"

"No hot water. Food was bad "

"Internet was terrible not working most of the time. Shower head terrible even after they tried fixing it. Toilet was leaking and making noise. Doom was not sealed properly so bugs came in. Toilet door squeaking. No mini fridge on the room and had to beg for one. No microwave coffee pot or blow dryer. No electricity in the bathroom. Tv was not working well and couldn’t connect to our Netflix account (we could do it in other hotels in CR) the Jacuzzi was boiling hot on the night we wanted to use it and no one could go inside (including other guests) but i think it was ok on other nights. The breakfast was not tasty at all! They managed to ruin even the scrambled eggs… the only plus on this hotel was the pool but i do not recommend staying there. "

"Beautiful modern stay. Loved location for getting to airport. Great pool - poolside restaurant- and other options within walking distance. ( Starbucks anyone?!)"
