“This was the second time we stayed overnight and have been to property for dinner separately too. This small resort is just the most quaint little spot in the finger lakes. We are local and love coming here for a little weekend relaxation and to celebrate 50th bdays. We were able to check in a little early & greeted with champagne when we arrived. “Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use.”
