“Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards.”

“I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. ”

“Gino was very helpful. Room was ok but tired. We had to have Gino take our luggage up the hill in his 4 wheel drive truck. The town is dumpy with narrow dirt road. Dinning was fine. Snorkeling was great, BUT it requires a 1.5 hour ride each way in open water in a 20’ boat. On the way out we sat in the front of the boat. About every 5 minutes the boat smash down with me wondering if the boat and my back were going to break. Sit in the back of boat! ”

“Absolutely amazing stay at The Hummingbird in Bocas del Toro. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxing. The rooms, pool, and overall layout are stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is also perfect, just across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy walks and nearby beach bars. A perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!”

“Brian and his staff provide an amazing vacation experience! This eco-lodge is very small (5 rooms) which allows them to provide very personalized service. You do not need to plan your activities in advance, Brian will ask you over breakfast "what do you feel like doing today?' and whether you want to snorkel, or go to a nearby beach, take a nature walk in jungle or take a kayak out in bay, the staff will help coordinate everything for you. you can also just hang out on the huge porch and relax……

“Great little cabin just far enough off the road to be able to appreciate being in the jungle. We saw howler monkeys, Toucans and other cool tropical birds. Great bed and shower. Awesome deck. David was extremely helpful with dinner reco’s, taxis etc…. Loved the location as it’s very walkable to beaches, restaurants, bike rentals. Highly recommend. ”
