「I randomly chose this rental property and I'm so glad that I did. After arriving, I had difficulty opening the lockbox to get the key, but the manager responded quickly and arrived within minutes after I called for assistance. The apartment was simple and clean, and I loved the design with the exposed beams on the ceiling, the tall wooden doors and several balconies. 「雖有古老歷史味房子 , 但到處殘缺人頭雕像散佈各角落及房間櫥櫃裡, 陰森恐怖之感油然而生. 房間裡黴味撲鼻, 吊扇上均是灰塵, 古式沙發椅布已經破損, 椅布髒舊破. 感覺長久無人居住. 」

「Staff were very helpful keeping us from getting a parking ticket. The room we stayed in was very clean and met our need for one night but unfortunately we would not return. This building is a renovated storage building in the Old San Juan port area. The area does not feel safe for walking after dark. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you may find the noise keeping you up into the wee hours.」
