「we enjoyed our stay and would come back again」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! The bay views were amazing and the host was extremely attentive/easy to communicate with.」

「A quiet and good location, comfortable beds, and a big back yard. Very little attention to landscaping and bark over blue plastic covers all over the back yard. Looks somewhat neglected outside but was a comfortable stay. Easy in and out at the 17 mile drive entrance points.」

「The view from the balcony is wonderful and the close location to downtown Carmel or Monterey made this stay so convenient. The area delivers a peaceful atmosphere that allows someone to relax. If you want to feel part of the ocean cabin life this is the place to book. Communication was easy and quick with Amanda. Definitely will refer and book again.」

「Great place and reasonably priced given pricing in Carmel and surroundings, good location, very clean. The only issue was lack of response to our emails about usage of the sofa bed. It was all fine at the end, but we wanted confirmation which we didn't get.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at Carmel Nest and we enjoyed staying there again. It is a large house that suited my extended family's needs well with ground floor master bedroom and a large dining table. The location is quite convenient and just a...

「The home was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. Andy and Jen were so responsive and their hospitality was unmatched!」

「Absolutely fantastic house. The neighborhood is adorable, easy 20 min walk to the downtown area, and close to Monterey! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. 10/10 would return again.」

「House is very comfortable with all the amenities you need for your stay. 10/10 stay! Very close to town and so convenient! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to lovely Carmel by the Sea!」

「It’s a beautiful property!」

「Great family house with plenty of room to hang in the kitchen/living room and outdoor areas. It’s definitely getting “rental worn” so some updates to the outdoor furniture and kitchen chairs should be looked into. A WiFi extender should be added to reach the master as well. Cellular service is pretty much unavailable in the area. Very short walk to the beach but we opted to drive to town with a baby, though I imagine it’s walkable as well. The house gets HOT even in 66 weather come late...

「Only downside is the bathrooms are small. Otherwise, this is a top place in the entire region. A block from restaurants and shops yet quiet. No AC but not an issue given how cool it gets and stays. Parking was very easy both on the street and in the city lot adjacent to the property. Beautiful town (less crowded than Carmel)..」

「Must park on road.」

「Great!」

「Great communication, clean areas, two TVs to use freely.」

「I don’t know where to start! Marco kept in touch with us until we got to the house (Estate!) He showed us all around the stunning property. It is absolutely like a dream.. so Beautiful! The home was spotless… they left lots of goodies like a s’mores kit.. gourmet coffee, popcorn, chocolates, wine.. too much to list! The home is decorated so beautifully…the home has so much character and charm..We were here with our adult children and their spouses and our 5 year old grandson. It’s a vacation we...
