「Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased.
Employees were very kind and helpful.
An unpleasant surprise:
1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill
2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees"
