Do it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was quiet and peaceful and the view was beautiful! There were a lot of stairs but we knew that going into it and for the view and peace it’s worth it ! Everything is super close by - we will definitely be looking into future vacations here !

slightly disappointed

2 years ago my sister and i stayed at bay watch and our room had no issues and is what actually had us come back this year. when we got there , naturally we turned the air down but it wouldn’t not cool down past 75 the entire time. we fooled with it so many times and no luck. there was only 1 plug in fan at the home and it was thickly covered it dust . we had a very hot stay sadly . then to notice neither bedroom door locks . the first bedrooms door doesn’t even stay closed without something holding it closed. the master bedroom door lock was broken as well. i will say this won’t ruin bay watches reputation but this time was a bummer

We had unwelcome guests, cockroaches!

First and foremost, we stayed here only for one night of the four night stay. Our first morning there we discovered cockroaches in the kitchen. They were living in the oven clock & dishwasher. We immediately contacted vacasa and it took hours before anything could be done. Eventually, we were moved to a different vacation rental all together. The Baywatch location was a great local. However, staying in a room with cockroaches was unacceptable. This rental lacked comfortable furniture, and desperately needed an update. The fact that the company had come in and professionally cleaned that space is shocking to me. Other features about the space that were misleading was the size of the rental. The pictures make it look significantly larger than it is. The same is true for the pool. The pool is extremely small, but pleasant to be in. Lastly, getting to the 4th floor was no picnic. I felt like I did a hardcore workout going up 4 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. This was not hidden from the listing but very unfortunate. The building desperately needs an elevator. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with this part of our stay. Vacasa moved us to a different location. & we lost proximity to the beach. We had to drive 15 minutes every day to get back-and-forth from our house to Pensacola Beach. If customer service would have been better I would have asked for my money back but it was impossible to talk to anyone that could help.

Amazing view

Love this cozy little place. It's straight forward and tells you about all the stairs you have to climb to get to it. But it is so worth the view. On the cozy little private balcony overlooking the inlet. Beds are comfy and everything is clean and fresh.

Nice location.

The property was nice. Unfortunately, the AC went out and the condo owners were supposed to bring us fans, but they never did. We had to go to Walmart to get something to cool the condo. Other than this issue, it was a great location.

Not worth the money

Good location, not a great room. The AC wouldn’t cool past 76 and when it rained, water would leak in the master bedroom. Also there is no place to wash sand off. Would not recommend.

Our Baywatch stay

It’s only a few feet from the water. Shower has great water pressure. It really can use a renovation as seems everything in the condo is original. It is adequate for what we needed it for. Honestly a great location but can really use a much better cleaning as well as a renovation.

Needs maintenance

I really liked the location and the condo amenities. The condo needs TLC. I know post Pandemic might be the reason not to have curtains that are not worn and torn, No drain stoppers for the tub or sinks no backs to any of the remotes. Plus both sliding glass doors don’t lock. And the rubber seal around the freezer is coming off

Great area, place just average

Good view but photos mislead on bay beach front. Was offered 45 min early check in, but wasn’t able to get in until normal time. Sliding doors need to be replaced-slides horribly and when windy with door shut, the door whistles. Outside sliding door handle is broke. Master toilet mount is loose. Master tub creeks when getting into-seems like a bad base. Living room tv is too small and service is terrible. Garbage disposal didn’t work. Dry left stains on white clothing. Just some constructive criticism. Thanks.

Very disappointing

We stay at Baywatch every year and unfortunately our normal condo was not available so we chose E12. Never again. The only part of the condo that looked clean were the linens and bathroom. There was sand all over the floor, fruit snacks on and around the couch, dirt and dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets and more. I sent pictures to Vacasa and I was completely dismissed. The cleaning company did offer to come the next morning and clean but I had already taken care of it. My husband asked for reimbursement on the cleaning fee and of course we never heard back. If you like Baywatch, we recommend B5, it's home away from home and they supply you with all of your needs.

The AC could not cool the room. It was 84 degrees during the day. Had maintenance come and he stayed there wasn’t anything he could do. That the AC was working just couldn’t cool the condo. I ended up leaving a day early.

Great location

Excellent View

You really can’t beat the beautiful bay view! Super short walk to the beach as well. The condo itself is nice. Minimal seating if you have a large group but otherwise very functional. TV reception was a bit spotty but WiFi worked well. A few things could be attended to (the balcony door stuck on us a few times and a towel rack in the bathrooms would be useful) but overall a very nice stay!

Comfy and cozy

My family of 4 loved the color scheme as it reminded us of our home. It gave us a home away from home vibe. We enjoyed being able to connect to our online entertainment as we watched television and cooked in the same room. Literally everything thing we needed was provide. Short distance to the main beach with the option of the man-made beach behind us. But the icing on the cake was watching the sunrise from the balcony without anything getting in the way. Beautiful!!
