「The resort was a great experience for my husband and myself. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. The grounds were well maintained. Charlie, Barbara and Diego are truly assets. Their work and kindness made my stay wonderful. My only problem was the broken television and lack of support to fix it or swap it out. I like to relax during evening hours with television broadcasts.」

「You better have cash when visiting this resort because the fees they charge at the restaurant, bar, and spa are something I’ve never seen before. Ridiculous. At the bar, they actually measure every shot when making drinks, which is just bad form in my opinion. Security is very tight, thanks to Johnson. The rooms are dated, and some of the outlets in my room didn’t even work.」

「The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.」

「I recently had the opportunity to stay at Firefly Cottages for a period of seven nights, and I must say that I do not feel compelled to return. The accommodations were somewhat rudimentary, as evidenced by the need to manually screw in the light bulb to activate the lighting in the bedroom. Furthermore, the door required the use of a key to secure it from both the inside and outside, which may be perceived as inconvenient by some guests. Unfortunately, the television was not functioning...

「Way to loud. There was a special concert provided mostly for locals the night we stayed. We were prepared for loud music til midnight or 2 am, but it was loud until past 4 in the morning. They should have had security get people to quiet down so the paying hotel guests could get a little sleep. I will never stay there again.」

「The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) 」

「Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...

「The room was nice and the air conditioning worked well. We saw one staff person when checking in and had to search the property for someone to check out the next morning. There was No breakfast. It was also advertised as having an onsite Restaurant and Bar. There was neither. That was one of the reasons we chose this place. We just wanted a place to get dinner and drinks and be able to relax on our travel day. Overall the room was fine. There were No amenities.」
