「Metro is a beautiful, eclectic property that takes excellent care of their guests. The grounds create such a peaceful and calming space. The pet chickens are adorable and were fun to observe. The French-themed breakfast and design is a delight and has a warmth and welcoming to it that really sets a person in a great mood. The staff were thorough and responsive even though we really had no significant issues or concerns. The room was very comfortable and felt more like a home than a hotel...

「On a motorcycle trip with my wife. We have stayed here during the pandemic and we wanted to come back to visit the area again. Only issue we had was that the reservation envelope was not out on the porch when we arrived at 3pm. And communication was a bit slow. We got into our room at about 3:30 after several phone calls and help from the restaurant staff. Other than that slight delay our stay was great. 」

「Beautifully restored silk mill building. Very high ceilings, exposed brick walls, very nice soundproof windows, cement and carpeted floors means you don’t hear anyone above or below. Great property.」

「Everything was wonderful. I had broken toes so the front desk people helped me with my luggage. The front desk was open 24/7, which was excellent for my late check/in. The lobby was beautiful. My room was a bit small but perfect for me. I would highly recommend Hotel Petaluma to anyone staying in the area. 」
