"Nice"

"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "

"clean room but old and tired furnishings. Gym small. Lots of amenities out of order. Lots of things not working- ie- water in gym, ice machine, elevator out of order half the stay. Chair at desk was torn and had tape on seat to cover it. Food was absolutely horrible, eggs not edible, nothing healthy except some fruit."

"Nice small hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but clean and decor and amenities have been updated. I do plan on staying there again. "

"We have stayed at many VRBO homes and have to say this one was the worst. Not sure how people are rating this property so high.-There is no mention that there are NO T.V.s in any bedrooms.-There is NO HEAT upstairs except in ONE bedroom so you need to leave all of the doors open hoping that heat will come in. My wife had to sleep downstairs on the couch the entire trip.-The floor in the upstairs bathroom is cracked and seems to be sinking-The shower floors in each bathroom had no grip making them very slippery and unsafe.-The downstairs bathroom door has NO LOCK on it.-The front windows were open when we arrived-mind you it was about 30 degrees outside.-The gate to the yard has no working latch so kept banging against the fence all day and night.-The staircase is very narrow"

"A sweet comfortable little cottage in a very quiet neighborhood (in October), surrounded by trees and birds. Very thoughtfully stocked with kitchen necessities and toiletries. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Owner is friendly and responsive. "

"The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the lake view immensely! Very peaceful area and it suited the needs of our group very well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The decor is adorable! I highly recommend this house for anyone! "
