"Staff was great in looking out for our comfort. The beds were very comfortable and the room was kept very thoroughly clean throughout out stay. Top notch service! The hotel was. nearly 30 minutes from Victoria and far for most attractions, the visit to the Hatley Castle, the grounds and the university was an all day delight and within 15 minutes or so. "

"We had a wonderful time! There was an amazing spa! We had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and a lovely balcony. There was air conditioning. There was a gym but we didn’t use w. The restaurant was amazing! From the views, cleanliness, waitstaff to the excellent food! We will definitely go back!"

"The rooms were very neat and clean. The bathroom had lots of towels and maintained pretty well. The shower was roomy enough and had lots of hot water. The exterior showed some age but not poorly maintained. Lots of parking and was able to park conveniently in front of our unit. 10% discount at the Whitespot. Decent restaurant. "
