“This place was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and we enjoyed it here. Staff were great and breakfast wasn’t too bad.”

“It was a nice affordable place to stay, quiet and on the edge between pigeon forge and the smoky mountains which was convenient. Breakfast was okay but have had better. The room we had is a walk in shower, I do like a bath tub occasionally so we missed having that. Overall…. Very nice place to stay! No bugs and clean! ”

“Bed bugs disaster, all over my body and got some bugs home, had to clean up the whole house. Super dirty in the room, AVOID this place. ”

“This feels like a gem lost in time. I loved it. There was the typical old mustly old cig smoke/mildew smell in the air, but go in knowing that's part of the charm and you're going to love it. I would stay here again, and will, in a heartbeat! ”

“The rooms and refrigerator were larger than some motels very clean , beds slept wonderfully they have balconies. That is the main reason that I reserved it. Our room wasn’t the greatest for the balcony view because it was on the bottom floor, but that was OK the next time I will request one on the second or third floor. The pool areas are fantastic. ”
