“The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great!”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”

“Have never had to pay to park my car in the parking lot. 1- if someone is staying there they should be able to park for free. 2- just fyi if you charging for parking you are also assuming responsibility for that persons vehicle (damage or break ins)”

“Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Nice staff. Room did not cool after 1200 AM. We called the desk, but there wasn’t any maintenance person available.”

“Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either……

“Our stay here was for a quick weekend work trip. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly because there were dozens of ants crawling around. We notified staff and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok. Our girls enjoyed having the gym to themselves most of the day. Parking was free. WiFi was good. Overall stay 3/5 due mostly to ants being in the room.”
