Communication, wifi, window, etc

The apartment is quite spacious, location is great, however it doesn’t have windows and balcony, we have to turn on lights all the time, no fresh air. Swimming suits were still damp after two days.The communication is frustrating- our wifi did not work for two days after we checked in; they promised to change our bed sheet, but never delivered.Hope the communication can be improved in future, and the description of windows can be added in.
