"We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back...

"Arrival instructions were clear. The pictures and description of the listing provided by the hosts met my expectations upon arrival. The property is not far from popular areas so it can get it little noisy, that did not bother me at all. I never had any issues and all my needs were met during my stay; I never had a need to contact the host for anything during my stay. If I had to nitpick on something it would be the AC unit is located in the kitchenette area and there is a partial wall...

"This was the perfect place for a 40+ girls getaway! The property was clean and quiet. There were a couple of times I needed to contact the owner, and she replied immediately and had a solution immediately. I would recommend 100% and stay again!!"

"Love the beauty of this property. We had a very nice stay. Room clean and host was very nice. Location was an easy walk down the riverwalk to shops and places to eat. Very quiet neighborhood. "

"The house/room is super cute and cozy. Location is great! Close to everything downtown and Riverwalk. We chose to Uber cause I don't like to sweat, but it's about a 10 min walk to the Riverwalk shops. Only flaw would be the neighbors pupper had us up at 6am every morning. (Earplugs were provided) Overall a great stay and would recommend!"

"We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the room, but we had everything we needed, the rooms was clean and neat. Communication was ok, a couple misunderstandings with having to move rooms for one of the days. But overall it was an affordable stay."

"Would not stay here again. I had to call Hotel.com and have them call the property manager for the code to the door since we never received it. There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. The bathroom only had two bath towel, two rags and one hand towels, not enough for a woman with long hair. They were also hammering going on in the unit next to...

"Comfortable bed, but needs blackout curtains...its like daylight! Also, the room we stayed in had a tub shower and its not good...it had a no slip pad that stayed wet and you need caution getting in and out of the small high sided tub. The breakfast was really nice and the property is so quiet. We would stay there again."
