Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive.

“It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful”

“This is by far the worst hotel I have booked in all my years of travel and is to be avoided by anyone thinking of staying. The pictures on the website are of the hotel 5+ years ago when it actually looked that way. On arrival the place looked derelict, the grounds are overgrown and scattered with rubbish. The outside walls have huge chunks of plaster missing and exposing brickwork. Immediately I contacted Expedia for a refund. They then tried calling the hotel the request it back on the photo……
