The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. "Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome. "
