「Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.」
