「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

「A small and exquisite hotel with royal garden style, the hotel room facilities are full of artistic atmosphere, restaurant decoration and food complement each other. Is an amazing and unforgettable hotel.」

「Personally there’s a safety area in Florence and the views of the room is pretty.」

「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「The room boasts a very nice design, with the balcony being a particular highlight. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ruby Bea Florence enjoys a convenient location, making it easy to explore key attractions within a 20-minute walk. 」

「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「Spacious room, excellent location and super helpful staff」
