“A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!”

“An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the location is perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything. As it was our first trip to Spain, we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the local people. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!”

“Staffs are very nice & helpful. ”

“Very close to Plaza de España and Palacio Real de Madrid. Washing machine and drier cost 10 Euro but only one is available from 9am to 11pm. I kept waiting the washing machine till 4am. I though the receptionist said it is 24hr, but it is not according to the receptionist at night.”

“飯店的位置很好，早餐非常美味”

“The hotel boasts a prime location right on Gran Via. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well, even in the sweltering heat of July.”

“The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Hotel staff was help helpful and nice, assisting us in any way they could. The twin room we booked was clean and stylish, just a little smaller than we expected. Good thing the toilet and shower room were separated. Too bad there was no view towards Gran Via, and the choices of……

“可能這家酒店的房間不多，所以我們一早說了希望早點checkin, (因為長途機，早上6點下機），下機到酒店，前台那人說，有房間但要付100 Euro， 否則要等到下午三時，到最後真的要等到下午三時才可以拿鎖匙進房間，但途中看見兩組客人，在下午一時和二時checkin 成功， 或者是不同房型吧。”

“The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient and central, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options in the city. However, one major issue during my stay was the noise level at night. There is a pub located very close to the hotel, and the noise from people talking, laughing, and leaving the venue continued well past midnight. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the……

“地點不錯，步行數分鐘可分別到達兩個地鐵站，早餐選擇也算多，工作人員”

“The service was brilliant , friendly staffs, very helpful for special needs. The location is perfect, few metro stations nearby. Convenience store just next to the hotel. The room is big , good enough for 3 ppl. ”

“酒店位於酒吧街巷內，服務台登記完就直接在開放式的餐廳入電梯，房間尚算乾淨。 但是此酒店沒有茶水(沒有茶包、咖啡包)供應，也沒有熱水壺，這是不合理的。 這是基本的設備，更何況它標明是四星級酒店，名不符實！”

“Everything is good. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Just except the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough.”
