「We had a fantastic time, Gloria, Risbel and Ricardo, made us feel right at home, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The place is fantastic, stunning views, surrounded by nature, but still not too far from the most common visiting sights. Already planning our trip back to Serena Boutique Hotel.」

「The Rainforest Inn is in a class all by itself. The location is convenient to El Yunque Rainforest hikes and easy to get to. The accommodations (and fresh-tasty breakfast) are first rate. You are asked for your coffee order conveniently before breakfast so you can enjoy a fresh cup before breakfast outside overloking the lush vegetation and the Atlantic. The owners greet you when you arrive with a tasty welcoming drink and get yoi settled in. A wonderful, helpful staff (shout out to Diane)...

「Great location. 10 min from airport. Beach is right behind the building. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Grocery store and Walgreens/CVS in walking distance for any needs. Nearby to pick-up points for excursion companies. Ubers readily and quickly available. Secure location. 24/7 desk concierge. Near busy street but rental was amazingly quiet. Very responsive management.」

「The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience.」

「This is literally the perfect getaway it’s breathtaking and amazing! The poolside and botanical gardens every morning was perfect. The owner is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! The two dogs really made it even better overall beautiful and already planning my next stay!」

「酒店是家庭经营管理的，虽然小，但很温馨，主人态度和蔼可亲，早餐很丰盛，附近的餐厅很棒，很好吃，但蚊虫很多，主人也提供了防蚊虫叮咬的喷雾剂，感觉像在家里一样。如果你订不到酒店的话，这个地方是个不错的选择。」

「Eddie and Tisha were very friendly, helpful and they accommodate us and let us stay longer in our room. The girl that serve breakfast was very very nice and friendly too!!」

「Open air living with the exception of AC in the bedrooms. Wish I would have paid attention to not having a stove, but otherwise had what we needed. Safe neighborhood with a beautiful ‘boardwalk’ that people walk day/night. Walk to watch surfing competitions. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would reccomend! 」
