“A shout out to the staff At Comfort Inn In Augusta Maine . I stayed there a week ago Friday and left a brand new pair of RX glasses. They were kind enough to package them up so they did not get damaged and shipped them to me, Thank You very much for your hospitality and service returning my glasses. ”

“这是我们整个行程住得最满意的酒店之一，我们住的是两卧室，房间很大，炊具是整个行程所有酒店中最齐全的，客厅的壁炉令客厅温暖舒服，客厅中的六人餐桌也是行程中所有酒店最大的桌子，我们可以很舒服地坐在一起吃饭聊天，最美的是客厅阳台外面就是五颜六色的秋色，美不胜收，令人心情舒畅。酒店离城镇超市也不远，唯一不便是没有电梯，要自己提着行李上楼，但酒店最高也只是4层，还可以接受。总体来说是非常满意的酒店。”

“Did not use amenities. Was there for a banquet.”

“I was on a business trip. I arrived late because of a snow storm and the person checking me in was very nice and friendly, taking the time to see that I could get to my room and not get lost. Checkout the next morning was quick and easy. That person checking me out again was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the cleanliness wasn't to do with my room, but the hall carpeting could use a good cleaning or maybe even replacement.”

“Our stay was just what we wanted, a spacious home in an area where it was quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. They were there to plow the driveway and clean up after the snow. They even had the house decorated for Christmas, an added bonus!”
