"The description of this property was at all accurate! The neighborhood is completely run down for blocks around and the property itself is completely unkept. Overgrown weeds and no curb appeal and landscaping, with zero privacy around the unit to enjoy the hot tub pictured. We did not get past the outside appearance to even stay once we saw everything that had padlocks on it and the building in disrepair."

"The Marv Herzog hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel. In that the hotel only has 38 rooms you never feel crowded. The hotel is located right on the Cass river which adds to the ambience (definitely try to book a room on the river side with balcony). The patio overlooking the river outside the lobby is a great place to hang out and to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and evening reception (wine, beer and snacks)."

"Great place to bring the kids. Waterpark, pools and game rooms were top notch. Staff was very accommodating and the grounds were very well kept. Walking distance to downtown and all the great things to do. The only negatives are that the rooms are due for a refresh. They are a little dark and dingie. Also could be a little cleaner in the bathrooms. Overall, a great family place."

"Enjoyed my stay. Was quiet, room wa.s clean & comfortable, great beds & pillows, plugs for electronics & a micro & fridge in the room. Bathroom was clean with a nice size counter around the sink. My only complsi t was that the toilet was too low. Breakfast was good & staff was very helpful."
