「We had a top floor Seaside suite with a swim out. It was very nice. Only complaint was the room next to us was being renovated. The Noise & Paint Fumes were missable my husband complained but nothing was done. We were trying to work & enjoy our room but the smell was bad/ dangerous. 」

「Our stay was great! For the price, the value was amazing. The location is great, it's actually nice being away from the zona hotelera. There are a few suggestions I have for the hotel management that caught me off guard, but other than that, it was amazing especially for the price. Suggestions: 1. The biggest thing was that the pool is NOT heated. We went when it was 65-75 degrees F, and the pool was pretty cold the entire time. We had to get a few drinks deep in order to swim comfortably....

「My stay at Shibari was amazing. It was hard to leave this place as it was such a unique and truly magical spot. The included breakfast is top notch and the service was amazing. The only negative thing about it is on the weekends you can get some noise from the nearby clubs until 2am. This doesn’t bother me as I often wear ear plugs when I sleep. And any hotel near the club zone has this same problem so it’s just a downside to staying within walking distance of that zone. I would definitely stay...

「Really great location. Felt like I was on my own deserted island. Room was like an island treehouse. Listening to the ocean at night on my own deck was amazing. Food was excellent and great staff made this a very enjoyable stay. If I’m ever back at Tulum beach I will know where to stay!」
