“A beautiful property in lush grounds. Our room (no. 15) looked over the garden. Wonderful big shower with good power. Just off the main high street made it very quiet. Fab breakfast too to set you up for the day walking around the area.”

“It was easy to find, rooms were ready on time, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money with plenty of parking.”

“We had a great one night stay. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and lovely in the beautiful sun room. It was a perfect place to stay as we made our way through the highlands and pitlochry.”

“What a fantastic place. Comfy bed, fantastic shower and a nice big tv. Plenty tea, coffee, biscs and bottles of water in the room. Added bonus, the breakfast room is set up with same level of refreshments, all day, much appreciated after a walk up from the town in the evening. It said in the write up with Expedia that only a continental breakfast is included, this is not the case, a cooked breakfast is also available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have……

“Lovely stay. Rooms are being upgraded next year, so we will return to see them then, but they were ok. Food at breakfast was nice and fresh. The view from the diningroom across the Loch was beautiful but the epicormic growth needs addressing for future visitors. Some trees at the front entrance, also need attention as they're a health and safety hazard. Looking forward to returning sometime next year”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Excellent service, I highly recommend staying here! Very clean and quiet, close to the city center and the staff were so nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast as well! Best Scottish breakfast I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the price!”

“The shower in our room had no temperature control, it waa either very hot or very hot nothing else. Also, the shower area was badly affected with black mould. The wash basin did not drain properly. The carpet was badly stained and looked dirty. The female changing room was not available with guests being told to use the toilet or to change in the room prior to coming down to the spa. Dinner was not available in the hotel although guests were invited to use "Sister" venues with a discount voucher……

“The property was beautiful but a little of town. Very limited taxi/cabs available therefore one has to ensure that they are organized and pre-book transportation. The staff was extremely accommodating and very polite and helpful”
