"Cleaned daily almost immediately when leaving the room. Breakfast was great, just missing ketchup. A/C worked well. Good sized fridge and microwave made the stay more convenient. I appreciate the daily soaps, shampoo, and lotion that were provided. There was a nice hairdryer to use. It's really close to a souvenir shop and there are a plethora of attractions nearby, like minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede and you can see the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Fued from the hotel. The pool has good seating and towels are at the desk. A good portion of the day in July has shade over the pool, which we felt was a major plus. Employees were friendly and sociable. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Lots of parking available in 3 locations, based on preference like parallel or under cover. "
