“Fair price Great stay”

“There was an issue of a broken recliner that I needed to sleep in due to back problems. Maintenance person did not fix or replace recliner. We moved three times in order to get a working recliner and it was not functioning correctly. Another point all of the three rooms none of the phones worked. When we reported this tp desk they acted surprised. If they cannot provide working phones we should be told. That is a dangerous situation. ”

“Great value. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Bathroom was clean and updated. We stayed with our 2 dogs. A convenient location just off I-10 in Slidell.”

“The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere ”

“Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. ”

“SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly.”
