"5 star service at the front desk. Good breakfast selection and clean quiet rooms. In town to see Judas Priest and Alice Cooper"

"I didn’t like that the pool was always closed"

"The hotel was great. HOWEVER, when we first got there the TV would not work. We called the front desk and I believe the young lady was named Flor??? She was kind and helpful and was going to bring new batteries for the remote. But then we discovered some one had unplugged the TV and disconnected the cable line too. So no need for batteries, just a simple check of connections! Bed was VERY comfortable!"

"It sure was confusing trying to find the hotel when the main road in was shut down! Having no familiarity with the area, the “detour” route was NOT in the GPS when i arrived in the daytime and was even worse when I went out at night! Having hotels “tucked into” shopping centers is a terrible maze! Other than that, I’m happy with the staff and my room!"

"The elevator was temporarily out of service and the staff went above and beyond and carried me and all of my luggage to my room on the third floor. Which was no easy feat as i am morbidly obese."

"I only wish the coffee shop had been open during my stay. Also, if it were possible to offer a paid early check in that would be nice."
