“La habitación muy limpia, con varias opciones cerca para comer y para caminar tranquilos. Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. Despúes todo muy tranquilo, seguro y callado”

“Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“The rooms are really clean and been serviced repeatedly. The pool is nice and big and you can find service everywhere. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’m definitely booking there again and I recommend that place for those who want to spend good time and peace of mind.”

“We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was very quiet, which made it easy to relax, and the location was perfect close to everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows made for a great night's sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Samuel was really helpful.”

“Iba por el cumpleaños de mi hija, y vi que decoraban la habitación y hacían un pastel, pero las personas de concierge son muy nefastas, no tienen buen trato y la fecha para la cual reserve mi decoración y el pastel no lo cumplieron. En su caso pusieron mil pretextos. El resto del personal es muy amable. Nunca pensé que el hotel no tuviera playa y me faltó investigar. Creo que no volvería a este hotel.”

“Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

“La habitación estába limpia y de buen tamaño, sin embargo se debe considerar que si se es muy sensible a los ruidos, las habitaciones sencillas no son una buena opción porque se escuchan muchos ruidos de la calle y las camaristas se ponen a platicar en el pasillo desde las 7 am sin considerar que hay huéspedes aún durmiendo. ”

“Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel, fui con mi familia y una bebe, por lo que valoramos que tuviera buena comida, comodidad e instalaciones limpias y sobretodo excelente servicio del personal, estrellita especial a Ian y a Toño del bar que son a todo dar, desafortunadamente nos tocó sargazo pero el hotel tiene su propia limpieza y se nota el esfuerzo que realiza para mantener la playa limpia.”

“This is a very sweet, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The on site pool is so nice and clean! And the swim toys were lots of fun. It's also very close to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……
