「Overall stay was good, but will be ask for a £50 pending deposit but will be explained before entering the room about the use of entrance and room keys what the deposit is used for due to previous guest getting keys muddled up with the wrong doors and having to call a locksmith. The host explained the use of the shower by using a switch to get hot water and explained about just flushing toilet paper in the bowl instead of any sanitary products that may affect the deposit. 「Room was very clean with nice furniture and modern shower room, staff fantastic, food amazing. We were in the room right above the kitchen, so very noisy (though quieted down at a reasonable time). The bed was very soft (or maybe worn out?), so every time my husband rolled over, the bed sunk in the middle, causing me to roll towards the middle as well.」
