「Came to the area for some live music at a local venue one evening. Blue Aztec was very clean and comfortable, oh and AC was ice cold! 」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as Lake Monroe. The hosts were wonderful. Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse.」

「Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!」

「The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!」

「Staff was not on shift at 9 am for assistance. Television remote control would not turn volume up or down, hallways were horrible ( dirty ) and smelling like weed, crack and cigarettes’ yet they insisted that it’s a smoke free environment. Definitely need to be more professional. Air conditioner needs new filters I had to buy some air freshener to spray the filter so the room would smell like me( a million bucks). I digress.」

「The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Sara contacted us when a storm knocked out electric and wifi for a bit and kept us updated. The home is warm and is kind of a step back in time but up to date at the same time. The guest apartment is a bonus as well as the balcony. We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and some were great and others just okay. But we will definitely visit this one again. It is a gem. 」

「This apartment is super cute! I love the brick and the tile in the kitchen. We had a great time. Front porch is great to relax on, the kids lived the hammock. The back yard is also really cute. Would definitely consider staying here again.」
