“Would not recommend. After we checked in we had to be in touch with the property manager about several issues: ants, TV didn’t work, burned out lightbulbs, no trash bags, many outlets non-functional, switch downstairs and upstairs bedroom turned on lights/fan at same time! Safety electrical issues. Will we even get our deposit back??????????Property under par, not well maintained, feels a bit rundown for the top price charged. The single garage is VERY small and barely large enough for a sedan.……

“Good: Host responds quickly. Location is convenient for Disney and beach. Halfway to both really. Quiet, except for rooster nearby in the morning. Nice amount of spices in the kitchen.Not so good: the shower head had heavy water deposits and black slimy mold on the openings for the water. Disgusting. Host came soon and installed a new one once I emailed him. Housekeeping should have NEVER missed such YUCK. That was a long-time buildup of crud. I asked for a price adjustment but host did not……

“It’s a great space. We enjoyed our time there. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of couch space and we enjoyed several movies together. We loved the great big counter space that divided the kitchen from the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, we were unaware of the steep steps up to the unit. My husband struggled with them every time we went in or out. I'm not sure we would have rented this place if we had known about those stairs. A grab bar in the master……

“Nothing like a getaway adventure with a stay within a beautiful and well appointed space. This penthouse apartment did not disappoint. Even better was the location’s logistical convenience to many neighboring restaurants as well as the Long Beach pier and ferry landing from where we happily ventured over to Catalina Island. While check in should have been a bit easier, particularly with the early check in option, Customer Support was great in responding to help get us through the process and……
