「Room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and great shower. The couple that run the place looked after us very well. Breakfast was delicious. There are steps out the back into ‘town’ so you don’t have to walk round the block which it what Google suggests. The only slight negative is that the rooms have big windows (good) but other guests walk right past and can easily see in unless you shut the curtains.」

「The room was always spotless. We would leave for an hour or two and always come back to a clean room and fresh towels. And the staff was amazing. Mike and Oscar, Jessica, Kevin, Ronald, And the staff that handled all the booking were like family to me and my girlfriend by the time we left. A big Thanks to Mike and Jessica and Oscars wife for making my girlfriends birthday so special. We will come to back every year because we loved everyone there so much. 「We loved our stay at Hotel Poco a Poco! The location is perfect—close to town but still peaceful—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was clean and cozy, and the restaurant served excellent meals. The only downside was that the pool and jacuzzi were under renovation during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a Monteverde stay!」
