Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
The property had multiple issues. A/C was not on when we arrived. It would not cool when set. They set a window unit outside the door that I installed myself. The keypad door stopped working and we had to spend our own money to replace the battery’s. The host said they would pay us back but I haven’t received anything. They never responded back afterwards. For the price we paid and the numerous problems we had I would not recommend this property to anyone. This was not a enjoyable experience on our family vacation.
