By reserving this property, not only do you have access to use the FREE 6-seater golf cart, you also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Salty Sam's," you are only minutes away from 30A's newest beach access and right down the street from, "Stinky's," a local's favorite restaurant.

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. Only minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place makes it an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! The first-floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that no one in your group feels left out! Off of the kitchen you will find a large home office, perfect for the guests that want to be at beach, but can't leave work or school completely behind! Also on the homes 1st floor is the first of the homes two beautiful King Master Suites! This first floor master boasts, a king sized bed, large closet, and a private bathroom, w/dual sinks, and a beautiful walk-in shower. Also on the first level of the home is a half bath and laundry room for your convenience.

The second floor boasts 2 additional bedrooms, as well as small loft with hallway bunks for additional sleeping arrangements! The bunks are set up to sleep 3 kids comfortably, with a twin bed as the top bunk, and a full sized bed as the bottom bunk. On this level, you will find the home's 2nd master suite, complete with a king bed, corner desk work station, a private bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor of the home is the queen guest suite boasting yet another private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
