Amazing Home & Location

2024 was our second year of staying in this home. Obviously it is amazing since we came back for more! Plan to make it three years when we return next year.

House was okay

The beds in the house were comfortable and the location of the beach was ideal for our family. We had a lot of kids under the age of 7, so being close to the beach was a real plus. The driveway was perfect for all of our vehicles, all 4 suv/mini vans fit nicely. The house does need a lot of minor repairs i.e handheld shower head didn’t work, no consist hot water, refrigerator had broken drawers, drink cooler didn’t stay cold. The mini fridge didn’t work. Another issue was there were dead roaches/bugs throughout the house. More than I have seen from other rental properties.

Lovely home

The house was wonderful. Perfect location. Loved the pool. The outside needed upkeep. Overgrown plants at driveway. No house number. Piles of leaves. Garbage on lane and driveway. Pool lounges need to be replaced. Sharp corner on fence at pool. Outdoor furniture. Well used should be replaced with better durable material. Cleaner.

Family trip

GreAt location, proximity to beach, convenient to food and entertainment. Perfect size house for family. Loved the outdoor areas around the pool. Kitchen needs to be restocked with basics. More wine glasses, coffee cups etc. property needs a good pressure washing , windows cleaned. General upkeep could improve. Overall we loved it and will rebook. Just few minor things could be improved. Thanks for a great week.

loved it

The house is just as beautiful in person than what you see in the pictures. Spacious, clean, in a nice part of the town, close to shops, restaurants and the beach! Pool is a nice size compared to what I seen in other homes, the bicycles are an added bonus. I would have to say the only issue we had during our stay were tiny ants in the kitchen at the sink but a quick phone call to 5 star and the problem was resolved immediately. Our family of 7 definitely had enough room to be together and apart. If you're thinking about spending your vacation here look no further.

Wonderful house, but not a beach house

While the house is wonderful and the furnishings elaborate, inside, you don't feel like you are at the beach. The floors on the main level are being damaged by sand and by the lack of appropriate pads on the legs of the dining room chairs. The owner has installed a water softening system and they have way overdone it! It needs to be dialed back. Other than that, it's a nice house and in great condition.

Five Star really lives up to the name… Dream Weaver is "top shelf"

Wonderful home ... plenty of space for everyone … close enough to the beach so that the walk is minimal. You can hear the Gulf at night. Great place for older couples or families looking for a little peace and quiet. Five Star keeps the place immaculate. The owners should be proud of this lovely home. We will be back.

Beautiful home but a few downers

First, we will say it is beautiful and fantastic location. Plenty of room and gorgeous interior. Only down sides were the kitchen and the pool. The pool is a great size, clean and fun. It is however, quite noisy and will turn its self on after we have gone to bed and other random times of day. The rooms off the pool would hear it all night and going out on the deck was also not enjoyable because of it. The kitchen is rather run down compared to the rest of the house. Other than those two things (mostly the pool) the place has tons of room, is laid out well, and is a designer house.

Dream Weaver, in Santa Rosa beach on 30A, is a unique, grandiose home with stylish decor and high quality amenities. Custom artwork, a large in-ground pool, and plenty of sleeping space make this home perfect for family getaways. Our family of 10 spent a week at this gem and could not have been happier with the condition of the home and the assistance we received from Five Star. From the personalized greeting upon our arrival, to the post check-out call to make sure everything had gone smoothly, Five Star really does provide superior service. The listing description is accurate and the photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance. Everything was clean and very well maintained. I would recommend this property to friends, relatives, and anyone looking to stay in the area!
