Amazing Property

Absolutely wonderful experience! The property is incredibly attractive & comfortable. The property manager was in contact the entire time & answered all my questions promptly via text. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Location, Beautiful House

We stayed here for four days and really enjoyed the location - ten minute walk/5 minute bike to restaurants, the beach, shopping… and even only a ten minute golf cart ride to the grocery store. The house is clean and as pictured. Would stay again.

30A vacay house

This property was in the best location! The ease of being able to walk to the beach and the beach club pool was fantastic. The house came with all amenities needed for a week stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and the surrounding area.

Watercolors done right!

The property was amazing and the neighborhood is phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay. Like any beach property it wasn’t as clean as home is but not bad. The location and golfcart were perfect for trips to the different attractions around WaterColors. I would stay here again and again.

Great Place

Great house for our family vacation. Had 2 adults4 boys and 2 girls. Plenty of room and everyone had a blast. Close enough to Nike or walk anywhere.

Property was great! Management company not so much.

The property itself was great. Great location no complaints. The management company Southern Holiday Home was awful to work with. We did not have WiFi when we arrived on Saturday and weren’t notified till after we walked through the door. Someone came out to look at it and said it would be fixed the next morning. Long story short it wasn’t fixed until Tuesday evening after getting the run around. I had to make outreach to the company every day to get a status update even after being told they would let me know each morning what was going on. I’ve worked in high end customer service for over 10 years. The customer should never be the one to continuously follow up for a resolution. The management company should have called us every morning to let us know what was happening. I would not recommend this management company.
