"The location of the property is outstanding. You’re right in the middle of Saratoga Springs and close to everything you need to be close to. The common areas are modern, well-maintained, and very useful. The rooms however, are small – and getting tired. There are no queen beds – all the rooms with doubles are indeed, double beds, which are small. It’s a good property, but if you need two queen beds in a room or if you need a room that might give you a little more space, this isn’t the hotel for you."

"I had a situation where someone entered my room with a key that I had no idea whom this stranger was ..I was scared and nervous that someone got into my room when I was spending the night alone...I find it very strange and I made sure I deadbolt the door after I entered the room ...they were polite and gave me a different room but still felt very uneasy about my safety"

"I splurged on this event and stay and it was beyond my expectations and I got even happier when I found out it was on the list of the most haunted places in the United States I didn't know that before we stayed on the 5th floor and it was nice sadly I didn't see a ghost but maybe next year when we go back, because we're definitely going back, it was worth every penny there was not anything out of place the staff was wonderful they were helpful. I do think my favorite part though was the king size bed it was so comfortable I woke up and nothing hurt and I just wanted to lay there all day."
