"I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. "We stayed 4 nights in a room with sea view from bay window. Room was excellent, comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The whole house was spotless and freshly painted and the breakfast room was well stocked. Breakfast was superb, great eggs, and the service first class. The hosts, Owen & Margaret were very friendly and helpful and minor issues, like a non working lamp were attended to promptly. We would heartily recommend anyone to stay at this guest house. "

Was asked for a name, no ID check (I'm not sure what I think of that) and no deposit needed/requested (which I'm happy about) and the lady at the desk went through all of the general stuff you'd expect them to. "Beautiful sea view studio with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and coastal walk to Portscatho passing the Hidden Hut cafe is a must. Very friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Lovely swimming pool which you book to use just for your own use. Cannot fault anything. "

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."
