We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. "A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"This was a great find for us. It's quiet and it of the way. Peaceful and set in rice paddy fields whilst only 10 minute walk to the Indo/StarMart or Babi Guling. Our 3 room villa had a private pool, small kitchen and dining area. TV facilities weren't connected until we asked. Restaurant area is nice and affordable. Decent variety. Pool area is great for adults and family and bring open a a local water park you get to mingle with locals in the afternoon. The staff were incredible!!! Local...

"Quiet and convenient location"

"This place far exceeded my expectations and I wish I could have stayed longer. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated like family. The staff greeted me with fresh juice and an offer to make me dinner. The next morning Valorie(one of the owners) facetimed me and made sure everything was good and generously offered me a massage.
