「WORST HOTEL EVER. We booked a 2-bed hotel room. When we showed up, it was a 1-bed hotel room. And they REFUSED to fix. Problem #2: Our reservation was thru May 21, not thru May 20. They refused to honor that. And they REFUSED to fix. WORST HOTEL EVER.」
