「No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

「Staff were really lovely and cared about me and my stay. I was able to check in early, which was a life saver! As id been travelling for a long time! Other resudents were reapectful with noise, and the sound from the bar below was easily resolved with some earplugs, so i managed some great early nights. I didnt have breakfast, but i was permitted to eat my takeaway either in my room or in the pub, they provided plates and cutlery. I will certainly book there again 」

「Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer sauber, aber das Kanal war verstopft und beim Duschen ist immer ein Kanalgeruch da gewesen und auch Wasser in der Badewanne gebliebenen. Aber halb so schlimm.
Ich würde trotzdem wieder dort übernachten. 」
