"Our stay in this beautiful home was perfect. The host came to greet us at the door, and ensured our comfort. We did not speak the same language, so we used translators to communicate with each other. Everything at the house was extremely clean. He will help you with any problems. He tried to help order us a taxi, but then drove us to Fuji Station. He was extremely kind, and I would love to stay at his home again in the future."

"The owner and his wife were really lovely, and gave us a huge amount of information about local places to eat - as well as some excellent tips for our hike up Mount Fuji. The hostel is really nicely laid out, very clean, close to lots of food options (restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores) - and has an incredible view of Mount Fuji from the communal indoor and outdoor spaces. We really enjoyed our stay!!"

"Amazing service overall They have a timed shuttle service from Kawaguchiko St. - Hotel, which is really convenient, I didn't know about this and took a bus when first arrived 😂 either way was easy to do check-in and checkout and move around the area, the Kawaguchiko station is near so you can also walk, good breakfast, clean rooms and location "
