“The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. ”

“I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place.”

“excellent place to stay, as long as you can do self check in it’s perfect - they provide all amenities needed, towels, air freshener, slippers, shampoo, soap etc. Worked well with 4 people. For self check in it’s extremely important you do it on the email they send you, makes checking in much easier. Then at the hotel all you need is to take a photo of yourself on the ipad, you can skip the passport step. Then they give the floor number and passcode. ”

“First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself.
However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival.
On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that……

“I stayed here for one week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed it! Shockingly spacious for how little square footage and we all fit comfortably. The location was great- a short walk from shin-okubo station making it great for exploring Tokyo. Additionally, there were many shops (even a small Don Quixote) and restaurants nearby that were also fun to explore. Would stay here again. ”
