“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at LimeTree Studio. We thought the location was convenient and loved the cute outdoor space. There was even a nice view of the sea from the covered area that was an unexpected surprise.Janet has organized a complete outline of things to do, places to shop, and restaurants to visit in the area and on the island in general. The parking area is gated and the place always felt secure and safe. We met Daisy and enjoyed her “hello”s dally. The bottle of wine she left……

“This is a fantastic property in Grand Case. It is right on the beach. So much so that the back door to the building opens onto the beach. In fact, the balcony hangs out over the beach and people walking by! Also the location is quite convenient. There are restaurants and shops all along the street and everything is within walking distance.The apartment itself is well appointed and the 2 bedrooms are comfortable. The AC really works well. We didn't feel like we needed for anything while we were……

“Stayed with a group of 4 for a girls trip and it was the perfect stay. The unit was more than enough space to accommodate us and had everything we needed from beach towels to laundry detergent to bug spray to beach chairs. The views were stunning, the community is quiet, welcoming, and felt very safe. We are absolutely planning to come back to stay here again”

“Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Need to be a bit strong to get heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs but it was reasonably straightforward. The shower was a bit of a challenge to regulate at first but got easier the longer we were there. AC works great. Fairly quiet at night, rare ambulance. Well supplied. Easy check in. Unique lock location! For up to four people I don’t think we could’ve been closer to Times Square and theaters. Metro very close. Would easily stay there again”

“The view is all you need to see Maho. The sliding door is so thick you don't hear the planes taking off. Location Location location location best place to be if you want to stay in Maho.”

“The view was great. The free Breakfast from Rainbow Cafe was good, but you have to eat the same thing everyday. There is no parking as stated, and you have to fight for a parking spot on the street. The Wi-Fi was weak, and there were ants crawling in the kitchen and guest bathroom :(. You also have to bring your own shampoo and wash cloth. All was provided was hand soap and body lotion. The guest shower head was not working properly, just running water and not shower spray. The property is……

“Il y avait vraiment beaucoup d'éléments pratique mais non essentiel qui nous a ravis tel que parasol, chaise de plage, beaucoup de vaisselles, d’ustensiles, de serviettes et même des serviettes de plage.Les bières et l'eau au frigo à l'arrivée ont été beaucoup apprécié. Un grand merci! ”

“Unit was very clean and as described. Quick walk to great restaurants and stores and the view was amazing.”

“Sadly, I don't believe this unit should have been rented for the week we were there. The driveway, which is long and steep, was only partially surfaced, requiring us to navigate the rocky unfinished part of the driveway. My wife and I are in our 60s and I have osteoarthritis in both knees. This was a challenge. Promises that the driveway would be complete by Tuesday or Wednesday, then Friday at the latest, not surprisingly, did not come to pass. This also created single file parking situation……
