“Love this place and it was convenient with a beautiful view. Check out process could be better. We werent sure where to leave the key and after several messages to the property manager, she got back to us 3 hours before our flight. We had to reschedule the rental drop off so we could drive back to the rental and leave the key on the counter. It was a cluster but we made our flight. ”

“Marie (and Marjorie) have done an excellent job with this unit. They are very responsive and available for any questions you may have before, during, and after your stay. Download WhatsApp prior to you arrival in St. Martin as most of the island uses it.The beach in front of the unit albeit pretty, is not swimmable due to rocks… I already knew this and was prepared to check out several of the 37 other beaches on the island. The unit is exactly as described. Some said the mattress was too firm……

“Francois was a wonderful guest. Check-in was very easy - I was messaging with him prior to our arrival and let him know what approximate time we would be arriving at the villa. He was there to greet us and took the time to show us everything. Very thorough! The property is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The deck and pool overlooking the bay is amazing! They recently replaced the wood deck with concrete for the majority of the deck. Not a big difference, just pointing out a new……

“Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice. Kitchen……

“ChouChou was the perfect apartment for our week stay in Orient Bay. We were looking for something cozy with a great ourdoor space and within walking distance of the beach. This had it all. Anne was very nice and communicative. When our engagement photos got postponed on our last day due to rain, Anne was kind enough to arrange the apartment to be available for another night. We were so appreciative for her willingness to allow us to extend our stay by one night. Would recommend to others and……
