「Nice villa. Make sure you know how to get there before arriving at SXM. It's on the other side of the island and cell phone signal was spotty... getting there in the dark turned into a real adventure. It is a short drive to Dawn Beach and you can utilize the pool and beach chairs at JW Marriott. Although, Dawn Beach was the worst beach on the island, many other beaches on the island put it to shame. The villa needs a few items like quality linens, mattress protectors, towels and basic cleaning...

The fridge was stocked with drinks, breakfast foods that allowed us to relax and snack right away upon arriving. We will definitely be back in our next trip! ga game or reading 」

「This property is beautiful and is as shown online. However, the entire island is dealing with constant power outages and this property in particular goes 10 hours + a day with no water or power. After the 2nd day of this we had to leave because it wasn’t feasible to stay. I contacted the host and he wasn’t responsive. I think it’s very alarming that he is renting his property knowing the electrical and water issues. There is no generator or any backup source for power. Irene his property manager...

「Overall this was a beautiful place to enjoy our family vacation. The size was great for 7 adults, occupying all 4 bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having housekeeping every couple of days. Daryl, the house manager was very responsive when contacted and was helpful with dinner reservations and recommendations. We did have a consistent sugar ant problem in the kitchen that was a bit annoying, but we placed most of our food in the fridge to avoid issues. I really wish the...
